Timeless MomentsHow to Submit your Moment

You can upload your Timeless Moment into the Timeless Moments Gallery via the Gallery Submission Form, with an optional photo. Your submitted form will be reviewed by the Timeless Women team and uploaded here for others to view.

Alternatively, if you prefer, you can download the submission form and send, together with your photo, via post to Timeless Moments Gallery, c/o Edelman, Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT, UK. The Timeless Women team will then upload your Timeless Moment onto this website for others to view.

Below you will find a list of ‘Do’s’ and ‘Don’t’s’ to help you when submitting your entry:

DO

  • Ensure that you submit your entry by 1pm GMT on Friday 29th January, 2010
  • Try to make your entry as clear and concise as possible. You only have 1500 characters for each section so think carefully!
  • Take the time to view the previous submissions in the Timeless Moments Gallery to give you inspiration
  • Understand that all photos will be in the public domain, if selected, on the Timeless Moments site. This means that anyone that can access the internet can view your photo. Copyright responsibility lies with you; do not upload any content that is not yours
  • Ensure that you have the consent of any person that appears or is referenced in your submission

DON’T

  • Include any reference to specific medications you or your mother may be taking; any entries which include this will be omitted from the site
  • Include rude, unlawful, discriminatory or sexually explicit material as they will not to be accepted

REMEMBER

  • You do not have to enter a photo with your submission although it will make it more interesting if you do
  • If you would like to submit a photo, simply upload your photo when asked on the submission form
  • If you would prefer to enter by post, download and print the submission form. Send your completed submission, together with your photo to Timeless Women c/o Edelman, Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT
  • Have fun and get creative!
